Why Should You Volunteer?
Cats are domestic animals that must have basic needs provided for them by human beings, such as food, water, shelter, clean litter, medical care, and plenty of TLC. In addition, helping the cats can provide rewards that are often intangible to the volunteers.
- Cat Care, Adoptions, Administrative
- Cages must be cleaned daily.
- Specialized volunteers can participate in adoptions to perspective clients.
- Clerical assistance and assistance with mailings.
How To Become A Volunteer
To volunteer with Saving Graces 4 Felines you must be at least 21. The frequency of volunteering depends on your schedule and your job placement and your interests. Your skills and interest will be carefully matched to a job you’ll enjoy!
To sign up as a volunteer, use our online form, fill out a paper form or call (252) 355-3404 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Volunteer Director will contact you to answer your questions and determine your interests.
All volunteers will be trained on the “buddy-system” until they are certified to work on their own.
